Just put a rental deposit on a 2 bed house in beautiful downtown Maidstone, a stone's throw from Her Majesty's Prison. Seems like a nice quiet street, yet within walking distance of shops and pubs. Lots of pubs. Dad is happy. Assuming the credit check doesn't balk at us being furinners, we should be moving early June. No more two hour commutes!!
